Gospel: Matt 11-17
"Matthan the father of Jacob, and Jacob was the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary; of her was born Jesus who is called the Christ."
Reflection:
Jesus came from a history of men and women who struggled in life and emerged triumphant because of their fidelity to God.
How inspiring it is to realize that God use ordinary people to bring about His glory!
And now he is one with us, "Emmanuel", we are sanctified, and our human history, blessed!
